Should he win, though his presidency might lack the zest and vigour we could have expected from him a decade or so back, partly due to his advancing age and especially having gone to bed with the present administration. This &#8220;project&#8221; angle invariably means that he has to accept so many unexpected encumbrances which might affect his administration. Should he win, then he is likely to be more of a transition president and reign instead of actually ruling.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Should this grand man lose, just like his father, then finally the words of&nbsp; loudly espoused by street preachers might then be believed that generational curses indeed exist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>WILLIAM SAMOEI RUTO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This wily, witty and eloquent personality has struggled against the odds to rise through the ranks motivated by a fierce ambition,, a love of power and and an excessive urge to acquire just more than enough. Should he emerge victorious, his presidency will be a bounding energetic administration with major economic strides but only to a section of the citizenry. His is likely to be a very authoritarian rule with a no holds&nbsp; approach to quash any dissidence real or imagined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Should he lose, then that will merely be a bump in his quest for occupancy of the house on the hill. His [presence on the presidential ballot has not caused even a whimper on the country&#8217;s political Richter scale.
