In the recent past, the national discourse has dwelt mainly on anger management after a section of the political class openly displayed anger during a public meeting.
At one time or other everybody is bound to be angry especially if things consistently don’t go your way and in a way assists in restoring the bodies emotional imbalance; however, the consistent display of anger openly and in public is an indicator that there are deeper un resolved issues which are leading to the “short fuse“and are mainly confined to people with character straits of hard driving, ambitious, impatient and highly competitive.

So to reduce your anger and hostility issues then do the following:
- Lessen your sense of time urgency-Keep in mind that life by nature is unfinished.
- Focus on the beauty and pleasure in things
- Don’t curse.
- Express appreciation for to people for their support and assistance
- Don’t sweat the small stuff. Let it go. Avoid grudges and let bygones be bygones.
- Play for the fun of it and not necessarily to beat your opponent.
